MICHAEL J. DALUMPINES

Michael J. Dalumpines is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in General Science from the Ateneo de Davao University. He has also earned some MBA units from the Ateneo de Manila University Graduate School of Business. A veteran business executive, he has held various positions spanning manpower and recruitment, and international business. As an entrepreneur, he founded Spiros Corporation, an import and distribution business. He is an active member of Rotary International having held various positions in his District in recent years. Most notably, he is a recipient of the Overall Most Outstanding Rookie Club President of the Year Award and also a Paul Harris Fellow.
PHILIP S. DIONISIO
Philip S. Dionisio has earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from De La Salle University. He is the Managing Partner of DIONISIO JAVIER & ARGAMOSA Law Offices and a seasoned Legal Professional with an exceptional track record in the field of Corporate, Labor and Litigation practice. His affiliation in various businesses and organizations such as Greenmist Property Management Corporation, DJA Security Services, Inc. and Integrated Bar of the Philippines, to name a few, are contributory to his solid and vast experience in business and law.
D. GUILMAR D. VIDANES
Executive Vice President
D.Guilmar Vidanes earned a Bachelor’s degree in business Administration from Ateneo de Davao University. He is a veteran businessman with more than 38 years of experience in diverse industries-printing, energy, banking, trading, industrial equipment sales and distribution, food processing, solid waste management, wastewater treatment and medical equipment sales and rental. During his stints in these fields, he has risen through the ranks and mastered the many facets of running an effective business. As general manager of the Vidanes House of Printing, in Davao, he oversaw daily operations and a variety of printing processes. This appointment to APO Production Unit, takes him back to his roots humble beginnings.
ALVIN R. REYES
Graduated Bachelor of Science in the PMA (Philippine Military Academy), Trustee Alvin Reyes was a commissioned Regular Officer in the Philippine Navy and Armed Forces of the Philippines. Before becoming a Trustee and the General Manager of APO, he served NYK-FilJapan Shipping Corporation as their Manager, Liner Logistics, Equipment Control/ Maintenance and repair, was a Port Captain of PhilHarbour Ferries and Port Services and was again a General Manager of IRS Eastern Inc. Clearly, being a leader is just another walk in the park for this Davaeño. Trustee Alvin Reyes is very well-equipped with the know-hows and expertise to fulfill his role as a General Manager of APO Production Unit, Inc. He has established a vast and devoted network that enables him to continuously forge new bridges and make companies connect and collaborate to serve our country with exceptional output.
JOEL R. CAMINADE
Joel Caminade is a graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of san Jose Recoletos, Cebu City, earning a leadership award in his class of 1986. He is currently the Board of Regent of Visayas State University, Director of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Leyte Chapter, Director of the Central Tacloban Filipino – Chinese Volunteer Fire Brigade Inc., Former Director of LBP Leasing and Finance Corporation and a digital Consultant for the print industry.
He is a Past Asst. Governor and Past President of Rotary Club of Tacloban. His Exceptional skills in the field of business and entrepreneurship opened a great opportunity for him establish his own private company, Tres Niñas Printing press. Aside from that, he is also the point person for Duterte campaign Team in Leyte, the vice President of PDP Laban Region 8 and Chairman of the Livelihood Committee for Visayas.
JOECEL F. OBENZA
Trustee Obenza is an AB graduate and a holder of an MPA degree. He started his career in government as a fieldworker of the Commission on Population (POPCOM) before joining the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) in 1985 as a clerk. Rising from the ranks, he was appointed by then President Estrada as Assistant Regional Director in 1999 and was assigned in Region XIII based in Butuan City. In 2004, President Arroyo appointed him as Regional Director of the same Region. He is a CESO III eligibility holder. He retired in 2012 after 34 years in government service.
He is married to Dr. Agnes D. Obenza also a government physician. They have three children two girls and a boy. Nowadays, he is busy managing a technical — vocational , school in Davao City and poultry and trucking business under contract with VITARICH Corporation.
JOSE C. JULIO
Jose Chan Julio graduated from the divine Word University Management of Tacloban City. He is a former President of Tacloban Rotary club and earned the presidential award, Club Service Award and Distinguished Leadership Award. He is also the director of central Tacloban Filipino- Chinese Volunteer fire Brigade inc., and former Director of Tzu chi Foundation.
Mr. Julio is the President of HILDEVANNE Food corporation, Director of DBP-DCI, Rising sun Food Corporation. He is also the Vice President of Allied Business Executive Foundation Inc.
