Milagros S. Alora – Chairman

Ms. Alora is a communications and public relations professional. She heads, Alora & Associates, Inc., her own public relations and events management company. She hosts and produces her own radio program, Mornings with M, recognized as the best public service show on radio. She is a former Assistant Press Secretary to the late former President Corazon C. Aquino.

Amando C. Dimarucot Jr. – President

Mr. Dimarucot is a Certified Public Accountant, a graduate of Far Eastern University with a degree of BS Commerce. Throughout his professional career, he had managed different sectors from Private, NGO’s and Government Institutions. Highlights of his career were when he was named Asst. Exec Director at Lippo Securities Corporation, Vice President for Operations for Strategic Equities Corp and Coordination Team Head for Gawad Kalinga Community Development Foundation, Inc.

Allan Ed. L. Capulong

Mr. Capulong is an entrepreneur with businesses from various industries. He is also a business consultant with expertise on real estate marketing & sales, product development, market research and financial planning among others. He was also director of other real estate and housing corporations. He is a graduate of Entrepreneurship from San Beda College, Alabang and holds a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship with highest distinction from the Asian Institute of Management. 

Luz R. Palacios

Ms. Palacios is a professor of De La Salle College of St. Benilde with expertise on international relations, diplomatic and consular practice, diplomatic correspondence and Philippine trade relations. She was a career officer in the Department of Foreign Affairs, having attained the rank of Chief of Mission (equivalent of Ambassador) upon retirement. She holds a Master’s degree in National Security Administration from the National Defense College of the Philippines and took graduate studies in Political Science at the University of the Philippines.

Victor C. Signey

Mr. Signey is a retired director of the Philippine National Police. He is a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy and holds a Ph.D. in Peace and Security Administration. He is also the founding chairman of the Public Safety Savings and Loan Association, Inc. 

Cecilia B. Manikan

Prof. Cecilia B. Manikan is a professional consultant for arts companies, education institutions, and corporate organizations. She specializes in arts management, educational leadership and management, Self-Mastery, Transformational Leadership, Strategic Management, and Human Resource Management. She was formely a regular faculty of the Asian Institute of Management (2000-2007) where she championed the Managing the Arts Program while srving as concurrently s Director of the W. Sycip Graduate School of Business. At present, she is a senior facuty of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), Ateneo de Manila Professional School, and Bayan Academy. Professor Manikan, together with her mentor, Dr. Eduardo A. Morato Jr., pioneered and introduced the Whole-Brain Learning System to Pilippine education in 2005. This innovative, multi-dimensional development required for 21st –century education was presently adopted by DepEd for its K-12 program. Over a thirty-year period, Prof. Manikan also served the business world as a corporate planning manager of several firms involved in retail management and involved in Radio-TV Malacanang during the term of former President Corazon C. Aqino and served as executive secretary of former President Fidel V. Ramos during the campaign period from 1989 until his election into office in 1992. Rior to her educational career, Prof. Manikan served as Executive Director of Ballet Philippines for 20 years. Prof. Manikan holds a Master in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management from the Asian Institute of Management (1976). She attended the University of the Philippines, Diliman, and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Cum Laude and Most Outstanding Graduate) at he Colegio de San Agustin (1971). She pursued her Continuing Education in Arts Management at the New York University in 1995. She is a recipient of the Min-On International Medal for the Arts (Tokyo, Japan) which was given for her outstanding contribution towards the promotion of world peace and understanding through the arts. She completed her doctoral course work in Educational Leadership and Management at the De La Salle University (PhD, Cand.) and concurrently finishing her Executive Doctorate in Education Leadership at the Development Academy of the Philippines.
