Chairman and President

Michael J. Dalumpines is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in General Science from Ateneo de Davao University. He has also earned some MBA units from Ateneo de Manila University Graduate School of Business. As a veteran business executive, he has held various positions spanning from manpower and recruitment to international business. As an entrepreneur, he founded Spiros Corporation, an import and distribution business. He is an active member of Rotary International, having held various positions in his District in recent years. Most notably, he is a recipient of the Overall Most Outstanding Rookie Club President of the Year Award and is also recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow.



Vice Chairman

Philip S. Dionisio holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law and is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Economics from De La Salle University. He is the Managing Partner of Dionisio Javier & Argamosa Law Offices and is a seasoned legal professional, with an exceptional track record in the fields of Corporate, Labor and Litigation practice. His affiliation with various businesses and organizations such as Greenmist Property Management Corporation, DJA Security Services, Inc. and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, to name a few, are contributory to his solid and vast experience in business and law.



Executive Vice President

D. Guilmar Vidanes earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ateneo de Davao University. He is a veteran businessman with more than 38 years of experience in diverse industries, such as printing, energy, banking, trading, industrial equipment sales and distribution, food processing, solid waste management, wastewater treatment, and medical equipment sales and rental. During his stint in these various fields, he had risen through the ranks and had mastered the many facets of running a business effectively. As General Manager of the Vidanes House of Printing in Davao, he oversaw the entire business enterprise, from its daily operations to the running of various printing processes. This recent appointment to APO Production Unit, Inc. takes him back full circle to his roots in the printing industry.



General Manager

Joel R. Caminade is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of San Jose Recoletos in Cebu City, garnering a leadership award for his efforts in his Class of 1986. He is currently a member of the Board of Regents of Visayas State University, a Director of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Leyte Chapter, and a Director of the Central Tacloban Filipino-Chinese Volunteer Fire Brigade, Inc. He was a former Director of the Land Bank of the Philippines Leasing and Finance Corporation. Apart from such notable accomplishments, Joel R. Caminade is also a Past Assistant Governor and a Past President of the Rotary Club of Tacloban.

His exceptional skills in the field of business and entrepreneurship opened a great opportunity for him establish his own enterprise, the Tres Niñas Printing Press. Due to his various contributions to the Visayas region, he serves as the Vice President of PDP-Laban for Region VIII and Chairman of the Livelihood Committee for Visayas. He was also designated as the point person for the Duterte Campaign in Leyte.




Having earned his degree in Bachelor of Science from the Philippine Military Academy, Alvin R. Reyes was a commissioned Regular Officer in the Philippine Navy and the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Before becoming a Trustee and the General Manager of APO, he held management positions, in various capacities, for several shipping and logistics corporations, namely: NYK-FilJapan Shipping Corporation as its Manager, Liner Logistics as Head of its Equipment Control/Maintenance and Repair, PhilHarbour Ferries and Port Services as a Port Captain, and IRS Eastern, Inc. as its General Manager. Clearly, being a leader is just another walk in the park for this Davaeño.




Joecel F. Obenza holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a post-graduate degree as Master of Public Administration. He started his career in government as a fieldworker of the Commission on Population before joining the Department of Budget and Management in 1985 as a clerk. Rising from the ranks, he was appointed by then President Estrada as Assistant Regional Director in 1999 and was assigned in Region XIII, based in Butuan City. In 2004, President Arroyo appointed him as Regional Director of the same Region. He is a CESO III eligibility holder. He retired in 2012 after 34 years in government service.

He is married to Dr. Agnes D. Obenza, a government physician. They have three children, two girls and a boy. Nowadays, he is busy managing a technical-vocational school in Davao City and a poultry and trucking business under contract with Vitarich Corporation.




Jose Chan Julio graduated from the Divine Word University in Tacloban City with a degree in Management. He is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Tacloban and has earned the Presidential Award, Club Service Award, and Distinguished Leadership Award due to his accomplishments therein. He was also a Director of the Central Tacloban Filipino- Chinese Volunteer Fire Brigade, Inc., and of the Tzu Chi Foundation.

Jose C. Julio currently serves as the President of Hildevanne Food Corporation, and as a Director of the Development Bank of the Philippines Data Center, Inc. and of the Rising Sun Food Corporation. He is also the Vice President of Allied Business Executive Foundation, Inc.
